These Terms govern your purchase from Timelineoffer through timelineoffer.my.
Independent brand. Timelineoffer is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other brand, company, or website. Third-party names or trademarks that appear on product pages belong to their respective owners.
Orders. An order confirmation is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order after review if an item is unavailable, a listing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect unauthorized activity. If payment was captured for a declined order, it is refunded to the original payment method.
Pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If a pricing error is identified before shipment, we will contact you with the option to cancel or reconfirm at the corrected price.
Payment. Accepted methods are Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is captured at the time of order. No surcharge is applied for any listed method.
Shipping and returns. Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy; returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these Terms.
Cancellations. You may request cancellation before shipment by emailing info@timelineoffer.my. Once shipped, the return process applies.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in San Bernardino County.
