You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with its original packaging. If an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within the same 30-day window and describe the issue; condition requirements may be adjusted for verified quality problems.
Return shipping. Returns are free. There is no return shipping charge and no restocking fee. Please email us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refund timing. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may then take 7–10 business days to post the refund to your statement. A confirmation email is sent when the refund is initiated.
We may decline a return if the item is returned used, damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or outside the 30-day window. If declined, we will explain the reason and, where appropriate, return the item to you.
